After a busy week, I had no time and no brainpower to study English.
I (had / took) a break for awhile.
My grandson right now likes to play with water and play with buttons.
He gestures to tell us what he wants.
I sent her some small round baby cookies.
I sent her some small round cookies for babies.
I went to a get-together party. After it finished, some people went to an after party.
I need a dress, so my teacher took my measurements. The dress is made to order.
Later this month, I am having my intestine checked. (= planned or scheduled)
Our horse riding club has over two-thousand members. (NOT customer members)
Hay bales are getting more expensive.
Vocabulary
Brainpower; (uncountable noun) used to say about mental ability or mental energy
Awhile; (adverb) for a short time
Gesture; (verb) an action with hand or head to show feelings or intentions
After-party; (noun) a party held after another event, especially a concert or another party
Bale; a large wrapped or bound bundle of paper, hay, or cotton

Section 4 - “What do you do?” Is a shortened form of a question.
A: What do you do in your free time?
B: I play football … What do you do? (= What do you do in your free time?)
A: What do you do for work?
B: I’m a science teacher. What do you do? (= What do you do for work?)
A: What do you do to stay healthy?
B: I exercise regularly and eat a balanced diet. What do you do? (= What do you do to stay healthy?)
A: What do you do when you go on vacation?
B: I like to go sightseeing. What do you do? (= What do you do when you go on vacation?)
