We do not use the preposition "to" before “there”, “here” and other pronouns when indicating a place.
I went there last weekend. (NOT I went to there last weekend)
She came here the other day. (NOT she came to here the other day)
We only use the preposition “to” before a place
I went to the temple last weekend.
She came to my house the other day.
We use the prepositions “on” to show the position of a place along a river, lake, street etc
The shrine is on the sea.
Komae city is on the Tama River.
My hometown is on Lake Huron.
We use the prepositions phrase “right at” to show a specific location
The shrine is right at the sea
Cafe Chokuchoku is right at the Asogawa Bridge (on the Asao River).
The KFC is right at the south exit of Shinyurigaoka Station.
The soba shop is run by an interesting (old man / elderly man), he serves soba with a bunch of side dishes you can pick from.

I booked Romance car tickets through the Odakyu app. (= using my smartphone)
I booked Romance car tickets on the Odakyu website. (= using my computer)
The cancellation policy is 24 hours before check in. (= It means that if you want to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time to avoid any penalties or fees.)
The figure 0 (zero) is often called oh when we say numbers one figure at a time (telephone numbers, room numbers, account numbers etc)
080-3020-5030 (= oh eight oh three oh two oh five oh three oh)
Room 302 (= room three oh two)
In measurements of temperature 0 is called zero
It’s 0 degrees outside today. (= it’s zero degrees outside today)
