There is going to be a new shopping market (behind / beside / near) Aeon.
(The choice of preposition depends the main entrance of the building you are talking about)
The meat counter in Aeon has closed already. Their meat department is still open.
A meat shop in L-MyLord will also close.
The renovated OX has a lot of (precooked / ready-made) meals now.
Most vegetables should be eaten while fresh. Some don’t taste good raw, so they should be cooked.

Fully-grown
My granddaughter, who I hadn’t seen in ages, is now a mature young woman.
(Especially of young people) emotional development like an adult
His teenage son is very mature, he seems more like an adult than most people.
Used to describe someone who is middle-aged or older
Miss Walker was a mature lady when she married.
