• The renowned chef acts as the culinary ambassador for a global food organization, sharing recipes and culinary expertise.

• The retired athlete was appointed as an ambassador for a fitness brand

• Tomorrow’s forecast is calling for rain in the early morning.

• Our work cat has a house made of cardboard.

Vocabulary

• Ambassador; (noun) (in the above sentence) means a representative or promoter of an activity

• Dentures; artificial or false teeth

• Partial denture (a bridge)

• Mask; (verb) conceal (something)

• Pluck; (verb) take hold of (something) and quickly remove it from its place

• I plucked my first grey hair when I was 15 years old.

• Do you know a beauty salon that will pluck eyebrows?

• I plucked a few flowers from the garden to decorate the entrance of the house.

• Once the library opens, I’m plucking a book off the shelf and reading all morning.
