  • Last names are commonly used, especially in professional contexts or when discussing performance.

  • First names may be used in more casual settings or when referring to famous athletes.

Actors/Actresses

  • Referring to them by their full name (both first and last) or just their first name is common and widely accepted

Friends

  • Typically addressed by their first names.

  • Last names might be used in cases where there could be confusion due to multiple people with the same first name in a social circle
