  • Some of my friends cut their own hair. They cut hair well.

    • How do they cut the back of their hair?

  • When did you get a haircut? (NOT when did you cut your hair?)

  • How often do you go and get a haircut?

  • Which rotary do the buses go to?

    • I got dropped off at the north rotary, and then went into the bank.

  • How often do you water your plants?

  • She raised her son by herself.

  • I have a student who raises killifish.

  • I asked Book Off to pick up and sell my books. (NOT I ordered …)

    • They took away five cardboard boxes of books.

    • A lot of my books are worthless.

  • Hardcover books are expensive to buy, but cheap to sell to Book Off.
