I got into the habit of only using the dehumidify function.
I had the battery replaced in my phone.
The bottle was (a little bit / nearly) empty.
Some train staff and a lot of passengers were standing near the gate.
I went to a (goodbye / farewell) party.
The drinks were really weak and were not cold. (NOT lukewarm)
We want to try the farewell party again. (NOT we want to revenge)

Weak; (adj) having little flavour or power

Lukewarm; (of liquid or food that should be hot) not warm enough

We sometimes want to avoid certain hurtful words, like “fat”, “overweight” etc, so we use softer terms
He’s a big guy.
He’s large.
