  • I went to the clinic for a (usual / regular) check-up.

  • Sophie’s fur is soft.

    • Sophie feels soft to the touch.

    • Our friend’s cat is fluffy.

  • Most cats like to (keep / stay) clean.

  • My one friend is a bit of a clean-freak.

  • Have you seen the 3D cat billboard in Shinjuku?

  • I have to practice how to do my make up and how to do my hair.

    • We need to make our hair buns bigger, so we use hair extensions.

  • They’ve been friends since the day they were born.
