  • This trip was a tour with 19 people, we met our guide in Sri Lanka.

    • Our guide learned Japanese in a Sri Lankan college. 

  • There was a big earthquake that caused a lot of damage. (NOT made)

  • What were the monks wearing?

    • They wear orange (tunics / robes). 

  • I don’t usually wear jewellery, especially necklaces I have trouble putting on. The claps are so small.

    • Please don’t wear your shoes in my house, take them off in the front hall.

  • I don’t print photos anymore, I look at them on my (computer / iPad / tablet etc).

  • Take off; to remove from your body

  • Alphabetical order; the order of the letters of the alphabet

    • Vowels; a, e, i, o, u

    • Consonants; b, c, d, f, g, h …
