  • My eye is twitching. I think I’m tired from everything I’ve been doing this week.

  • The construction manager is pulled in two directions, my direction and his boss’s direction.

  • I didn’t get my fifth vaccination, I’ve had four vaccinations and I don’t want any more vaccinations.

  • After I shower I (apply / use / put on) cream, especially on my legs.

  • Humidifier; a device for keeping the air in a room moist

    • When I sleep I use a humidifier.

  • Condensation; water which collects as droplets on a cold surface, especially windows, mirrors, vehicles etc

    • The car windows steamed up with condensation.

    • In the mornings I have to wipe the condensation off the patio windows.

  • Supplement; pills, minerals, snacks etc taken for deficiencies in a person's diet

    • I take a calcium and vitamin D supplement.

    • The package of supplements has 40 packages.

    • Taking too many supplements can cause damage to your body.

  • After I take my garbage to the collection area I take a short walk.

    • Did you put the trash at the curb?

    • Remember to put out the recycling to the curb before you go to work.

  • A: He booked a gallery in Ginza.
    B: Wow. Ginza!
    A: Yeah, he has a reason for this.

  • How long has he been (drawing / painting)?
