Words & Phrases

• If you try to bring prohibited items through security, they will be confiscated.

Appropriate Language

• “Sacred” means very special and important, often because of religion or deep respect

• “The temple is considered a sacred place for the community.”

• “Many people believe the river is sacred and must be treated with respect.”

• “In some cultures, certain animals are seen as sacred and are not hunted.”
