When and While
"When" is commonly used to indicate a point in time or a general time frame.
"While" is used to express actions happening at the same time or overlapping in time.
"I enjoy watching birds when I take a walk.”
"I enjoy watching birds when taking a walk.”
"I enjoy watching birds while I take a walk."
"I enjoy watching birds while taking a walk.”
