The course had several wines and liquors, but just a (little / small) amount.
What was your favourite course? (NOT did you find your favourite …)
The seats were full. (= The restaurant was full)
I should book a medical check soon. (= It would be a good idea to book a medical check)
How often do you undergo endoscopy?
Were you knocked out for the endoscopy?
I was given a (mild / strong) sedative.
