Online booking/Cancellations
オンライン予約・キャンセル
レッスンのオンライン予約は、レッスン開始時間の4時間前までの受付となります。またキャンセルにつきましても、レッスン開始時間の4時間前までにご連絡をくださるようお願いします。なお、予約時間前4時間を経過してからのキャンセルにつきましては、レッスン料金の返金対応をすることができかねますので、ご了承ください。キャンセル料が発生する場合があります。
Online booking is a minimum of 4 hours before the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations should be done at least 4 hours before the scheduled lesson. Cancellation fees may apply.
Payment methods
支払い方法
レッスン料金のお支払いは、各レッスン終了時にお支払いいただくその都度払いか、月ごとにお支払いいただく月謝払いからお選びください。
現金払い、銀行振り込み、キャッシュレス決済（PayPay）がご利用いただけます。
Lessons may be paid individually at the end of each lesson or lessons may be paid monthly by invoice.
Payments may be done in cash, bank transfer, or PayPay.
Location
場所
レッスンは、オンラインまたは対面にて行います。オンラインレッスンでは、Zoom、Skype、Line Video、FaceTimeをご使用いただけますので、いずれかをレッスン開始前までにご準備ください。当オンライン以外でのレッスンをご希望される場合は、場所や状況により交通費やドリンク費用を請求させていただくことがあります。
Lessons may be held online or in person. Online lessons are held on Zoom, Skype, Line Video, or FaceTime. In-person lessons, outside of online, may require additional fees for transportation and drink purchases (outside cafe).
Environmental policy
環境ポリシー
資源の節約をするために、紙の資料を提供するのではなく、可能な限りデジタル化することで環境保全に取り組んでいます。レッスン中のノートや宿題、その他案内は基本的にメールやメッセージアプリを使用させていただきます。
To do our part in reducing waste and environmental damage, we try to avoid using paper and copies. When possible notes will be taken digitally and delivered to students by email or messaging.
