    • I had to fill in a simple health survey.

  • There is an age limit.

    • There are upper and lower age limits.

  • We flew over a glacier.

    • The country has many glaciers.

  • We enjoyed a forty minute flight. (NOT forty minutes flight)

    • We enjoyed the flight, it took forty minutes.

  • The Southern Cross is south-east of two bright stars.

  • The speed limit was 100 km/h. (= one hundred kilometres per hour)

  • How long was your trip?

  • New Zealand is three hours ahead of Japan.

    • Japan is three hours behind New Zealand.

  • Thank you for listening to me.

  • I ate venison, it didn’t taste gamey.

  • Did you get seasick?

    • My son had serious seasickness.
