Appropriate Language
Reseller
A person or business that buys goods to sell them again, often at a profit.
Typically operates within legal or formal marketplaces.
Example: A store buying products wholesale and selling them to customers at retail prices.
Scalper
A type of reseller, but with a negative connotation.
Refers to someone who buys tickets, limited-edition items, or high-demand products and resells them at significantly higher prices, often exploiting shortages.
Is Example: Buying concert tickets in bulk and reselling them for double the price.

A partner in a law firm is a senior lawyer who co-owns the firm and shares its profits, responsibilities, and decision-making.
