Verb; numb, numbs, numbed, numbing
Adjective; number, numbest
I had my wisdom teeth (removed / extracted).
Anaesthesia
General anaesthesia; full body is asleep
Local anaesthesia; an area is numbed
Don’t confuse these two sentences
I took out my wisdom tooth. (= I did the action)
I had my wisdom tooth taken out. (= A dentist or oral surgeon did the action)
Thanks to the oral surgeon I have no more pain.
I was in my twenties when I had my wisdom teeth removed.
The area wouldn’t stop bleeding. Eventually the dentist was able to stop the bleeding.
After a couple of weeks after my operation I need to go back to the doctor for a follow up.
When I was at the dentist once, the drill tool cut the inside of my cheek, I was bleeding a lot but the dentist stitched it quickly.
